Theresa is a seasoned fundraising professional with over a decade of experience helping non-profits build strong, donor-centered fundraising programs. As a Client Experience Leader at Veritus Group, she partners with gift officers and leaders to develop strategic mid-level and major gift fundraising initiatives that foster meaningful donor relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth. Throughout her career, Theresa has successfully led and supported major capital campaigns, including the $30 million transformation of the Gordon Square Arts District. She has extensive expertise in annual giving, major gifts, board development, grants planning, and event management, with a deep commitment to creating systems and best practices that enhance non-profit impact. A dynamic leader and mentor, Theresa is passionate about equipping fundraising professionals with the tools they need to succeed. She holds a B.A. in Arts Management and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Baldwin Wallace University.

Julie Weagraff is the Chief Development Officer for Girl Scouts of North East Ohio. She is currently leading a capital campaign to build a STEM Center of Excellence that will provide transformational STEM learning experiences for local youth. She holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree in public relations with honors from Westminster College. She currently serves on the boards of the Northern Ohio Charitable Gift Planners, the Greater Akron Musical Association, the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland, the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and is Vice Chair of the Leadership Council for the Cleveland Leadership Center. She is a member the Akron-Canton Advocacy Alliance, ATHENA Akron, and is a graduate of Leadership Cleveland and Leadership Akron. In 2024 she was appointed by Governor Mike DeWine to the Ohio Commission for Service and Volunteerism.

Becky Watts is a Vice President with G2G Consulting, a full-service government affairs consulting firm that has raised $545 million in government funding and is based in Cleveland, Columbus, and Washington, DC. Becky joined G2G in 2008 and leads the company’s work in Ohio, guiding organizations on advocacy strategies and securing government funding at the state and federal levels of government. She previously served as Appropriations Director on Capitol Hill managing earmarks for U.S. Senator Mike DeWine, who is now the Governor of Ohio. With over two decades of experience working in and with federal, state, and local government, Becky knows first-hand how to secure funds for non-profit organizations, municipalities, academic institutions and businesses. Becky resides in the greater Cleveland region with her husband, three children, and dog Greta.
